Matt has worked for RSS since 2000. In that time he has successfully project managed small projects to multi-million dollar projects. His project management style is based on teamwork and collaboration. In 2013, Matt accepted the General Manager position and in 2019 became President of RSS-Nashville, Inc

Daniel has built his experience in a broad range of roles in the roofing industry since 1990. He currently works as an estimator and project manager and brings a deep technical and business insight to RSS

Kevin has been employed with RSS since 2012, he was hired while on a deployment with the Army Corps of Engineers.

He gained construction experience with the Army and currently still serves in the TN National Guard. Kevin is currently the roofing Maintenance Supervisor, Re-roof Estimator, and a Project Manager

Justin graduated with a BBA in Management from Austin Peay in 2014 and worked for several years in residential home building. He started at RSS in 2016 as Warehouse Manager. After quickly learning the roofing industry, materials and processes, he worked his way into a Project Management role in just over one year. Since then, he has estimated and managed hundreds of successful projects, from small repairs to million dollar reroofs. Justin has a proven track record of attention to detail and he continues to expand his knowledge and customer base in the industry.

Jay has worked at RSS since 1993. He started his time as a helper and worked his way through the ranks to superintendent. During his time Jay was our top performing foreman that installed slate and tile as well as single ply and modified roof systems. He is in charge of Quality Control on all roofing projects.

JJ has worked at RSS since 2012 and has been in the sheet metal trade since 1985. JJ ensures that our sheet metal installations are completed to the highest standard. JJ has proven to be voice of reason during construction projects and earns respect by his peers with his knowledge.

Sandy has worked at RSS since 2004. He began his career in sheet metal and has naturally progressed into a leadership role. Sandy genuinely cares for the safety of our employees and wants to ensure that each one makes it home to their famalies after a hard days work.
